Dynamic HTML. In contrast to writing HTML, which creates static (little interactivity), Dynamic HTML Uses styles- including font size, typeface, and color- that change immediately in response to user actions, such as moving the mouse cursor over an object, or with a mouse click. DHTML uses Style sheets (.css) and scripts to accomplish this.
